I’m so glad I found Raleigh Auto Care! I’ve taken my car there several times now, and every experience has been great. Everyone is friendly, professional, and, most importantly, I feel like I can trust them to tell me what my car actually needs without trying to sell me things I don’t need. The loaner car is also such a nice touch and makes everything so much easier. It’s hard to find an auto shop you really feel comfortable with, and I’m happy to say I’ve finally found mine!

I’ve been taking my car to Raleigh Auto Care for all of its maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They handle everything from inspections, oil changes, and brakes with professionalism and honesty. They’re always upfront about what my car needs, and if it’s a repair they don’t perform, they recommend trustworthy places that do excellent work. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can genuinely trust, but Raleigh Auto Care has earned mine. They take great care of my car, never make me feel pressured, and always provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and knowledgeable mechanics.

Great and honest service! Brought My vehicle in for repair due to it check engine light. Tim called me back later that morning to let me know what was going on. He informed me that the repairs would be about $1,000 for what was going on. What really set this place apart was he told me all the potential repairs that were coming down the road with my vehicle. I was already on the verge of considering a new vehicle, but his advice sealed the deal for me. He could have easily charged me $1,000 and sent me out the door and I would have been none the wiser for many months until I started having other problems that were unrelated to the current issue I was having. I have found it very difficult to find a good mechanic that is honest and will not up charge you or sell you unnecessary repairs. This level of service is unheard of. Although I did not get the repairs, because I will be replacing that vehicle, I will definitely be bringing the vehicle that I will be purchasing there for a pre-purchase inspection. I will also be taking my business to them in the future when I do have repairs. Honesty and genuine concern for my repair expenditures has made me a loyal customer even if they didn't

Josh and his team did a great job servicing all three of our vehicles. They are knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. An auto shop that’s trustworthy is a rare find. Will definitely be returning.

I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and knowledge Alexandria offered! I called to get a quote on a vehicle I am about to purchase and I got a full run down of the future maintenance needs, how and why the transmission would need specific treatment, etc. Not only this but I asked about a different make and model I was considering and she walked me through that as well, even offered to run a VIN to make sure I could properly care for the vehicle. This experience blew me away, I have not purchased any vehicle service from them but when I buy a car next week they are my first call and service! They have absolutely gained a lifetime customer! Edit:talked to Josh today and he ran a VIN for me and walked me through the vehicle history! Really helped me feel confident in my purchase and I will 1000% be scheduling all future service for this vehicle with them. Thanks again!
